Because we live in such a large state, we generally try to meet in person at least once a year. In 2012 our meeting is scheduled for September in Butte. In different areas around the state, there are members who meet on a more regular basis. The Missoula group, for instance, meets every other Thursday.
We also like to try to hold a writing retreat, where those of us who can attend spend our hours together writing, laughing, imaging. We also have a Facebook page. You are very welcome to join us there.

Specific requirements for being part of our group are small.
- All of our members are also members of Romance Writers of America and must share their RWA Member# in the application process.
- Our dues for the 2012-2013 year are $20.00.
